Vision

We use a rigorous screening process to select high potential nonprofits (from 1,000+ applications each year) and have selected 200+ organizations in 70 countries for a free 1-year Fellowship. Our Fellowship includes 1:1 leadership coaching with a professional coach; a business level Scaling Up class and curated peer networking to help nonprofits increase the number of children they serve (on average) by 3X within 3 years of our program. We thus think globally and act locally, through our local nonprofit Fellows, for lasting support to children around the world.
Goals
- 1.To grow our Network globally to help over 500 nonprofits (over 200 to date) reach over 150M children and youth (currently we have reached nearly 50M) with our unique leveraged social venture model
- 2.Based on success of our 1-year program, we will add courses to address specific needs that Fellows have identified - Impact Measurement, Fundraising, Grant Writing, Team Building, Service Delivery
- 3.As we grow, we hope to invest in staff, regional hubs a web-ptatform to enable a global network whereby nonprofit, business, government and community leaders collaborate to address key issues
