Goals

1. 1.Our first goal is to increase the number of scarves and stories shared through personal, gift, and partnership requests. We also want to expand our metastatic breast cancer research investments in both dollar amount and in the research institutions in which we offer funding grants. Sharing scarves and stories is the heart of our mission. Research is what will extend lives of with cancer.
2. 2.Our second goal is to build upon our community relationships. This includes 1)improving relationships with our donors leading to higher donor retention, 2)building relationships with various community partners and businesses which leads to visibility of our organization, and 3)developing a sense of community among our Hope Scarf recipients because community is at the core of our mission.
3. 3.Our third goal is to increase our reveune streams and improve our internal structure. Fundraising is always evolving. Our events and initiatives need to reflect the current environment and situations in the communities we serve. In order to thrive our organization needs the right staff, board members, volunteers, and systems and processes.
