2.STJDA's continued success relies on a strong board and staff. We'll assess board expertise, recruit engaged members, and apply best governance practices. Attracting talented employees and volunteers is key. Succession planning for both board and staff will ensure long-term stability.
3.Celebrating 14 years, STJDA will amplify its story through targeted outreach, media, and digital platforms. We'll craft compelling materials to elevate our local/regional brand. Focused communication with staff, partners, donors, and volunteers will showcase their impact and broaden understanding of childhood diabetes in our community.
