A future where aged-out foster youth are empowered to live independently, thrive emotionally, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Goals

1. 1.We are strengthening organizational capacity by investing in staff, systems, and infrastructure that support trauma-informed mentoring, workforce training, and mental health services. This includes improving financial sustainability, data tracking, program oversight, and cross-site coordination to ensure long-term impact and responsible growth.
2. 2.We are increasing advocacy and awareness for aged-out foster youth by educating the community, partners, and decision-makers about the barriers youth face when transitioning to adulthood. Through storytelling, partnerships, and public engagement, we advocate for support systems that promote stability, opportunity, and independence.
3. 3.We are expanding access to our mentoring, workforce development, and aftercare programs to serve more aged-out foster and at-risk young adults. This includes scaling paid internships through social enterprises, increasing mental health support, and extending services across Rocklin and Sacramento to meet growing community need.
