TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF SHELTER PETS AND DECREASE THE NUMBER OF ANIMALS EUTHANIZED IN LOCAL SHELTERS THROUGH SPAY AND DEUTER PROGRAMS. PROVIDE VETERINARY CARE TO THE ANIMALS IN THE SHELTER, INCREASING ADOPTIONS AND INCREASING THE RETENTION RATE POST ADOPTION THROUGH TRAINING PROGRAMS COUPLED WITH AT RISK CHILDRENS PROGRAMS.
