The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We currently provide programs like: ride services, arts programs, and outdoor activities to hundreds of members. BUT, there are thousands in need right here in our home state and hundreds of thousands across the country. We must expand our circles of influence and serve more of those in need.
Goal Two: Each and everyday we receive calls from veterans who battle to find employment, basic necessities for their families, and even homes. The challenges are getting bigger and there are more of them. We have started a thrift store in order to fund the expansion of our current programs, offer items from our inventory to those in need, and employ veterans in a safe and fulfilling environment.
Goal Three: To scale, we must have additional staff and leadership as well as become more technically proficient. In addition, we are need of ensuring our platforms for e-commerce, scheduling, CRM, communication, and other aspects of operating our business are synced and seamless as well as being user friendly. We are currently planning a new, integrated website that is integrated with our bookkeeping.
