    Adaptability Practices
    30 out of 30 points
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
Over the past year, our founder, Tine was given a tough cancer diagnosis. Since our team is only two people, you can imagine the impact that had on our organization. For a few months, our Systems and Communications Coordinator maintained our communications while many projects were put on pause. Eventually, Tine was more able to participate in Rockflower once again. She has been working whenever possible and has funded a number of projects over the past few months. Learning to work around a serious illness and continue to create impact has been a huge learning experience for us and has shown us how resilient our organization really is.
