Mission

For more than a decade, 4EVERKIN has been a community of lifelong relationships, support, and belonging for young adults after foster care. While most support systems eventually end, we remain present through life's challenges, milestones, and transitions. Together, we are ensuring every young adult has the trusted relationships and support they need to navigate adulthood and build a stable future. Our promise, we are here to stay.

Vision

Our vision is that every member of 4EVERKIN always has a trusted community where they are supported through life’s milestones, challenges, and transitions. As members grow, they strengthen one another, creating a lasting network of belonging that extends throughout adulthood and across generations.

Goals

1.4EVERKIN is building new, structured programs in response to members’ real-time needs. This includes a personalized GED program with individualized study plans and in-person and remote tutoring; expanded financial guidance for banking, credit, and tax needs; and skill building in photography, podcasting, and blogging that enables members to create and contribute content.
2.4EVERKIN is strengthening its organizational infrastructure to support a staffed, sustainable operating model during a period of transition. This includes completing legal and governance updates tied to our rebrand and strengthening onboarding and operational systems so staff and volunteers can deliver consistent, relationship-centered support without disruption.
3.4EVERKIN is thoughtfully expanding access to its long term mentoring community by strengthening the operational systems that support volunteer engagement, staff growth, and deeper community involvement. This intentional growth allows us to reach more young adults aging out of foster care while safeguarding the continuity, trust, and relationship-centered care that define our model.
