Vision

Our mission is to provide an aid to life through a holistic AMI Montessori Education; helping children achieve their greatest success, develop independence, and live with genuine kindness to others and the world.

Goals

1. 1.IMAP will expand access to existing Montessori programs by strengthening community outreach, increasing enrollment of diverse learners, and improving retention—especially in adolescent years—through targeted recruitment, family engagement, and development of new learning spaces aligned with student needs.
2. 2.IMAP will strengthen organizational capacity by expanding professional development in AMI Montessori practice, ABAR work, mental health supports, and compliance training. Enhanced onboarding, ongoing coaching, and staff sponsorships ensure consistent, high-quality instruction across all program levels.
3. 3.IMAP will advance equity and identity work by implementing restorative practices, increasing diverse representation in materials, providing ABAR training for all staff, and expanding family-centered cultural events. These efforts ensure an inclusive Montessori environment aligned to the school’s mission.
