Goals

1. 1.Haley’s Hope’s strategic objective is to establish partnerships with human resources departments from local businesses to help them foster a workplace environment that appreciates neurodiversity by advocating for inclusive policies that accommodate individuals with dyslexia.
2. 2.In the rural landscapes of North Dakota, where communities are widely dispersed, and resources are often sparse, a silent struggle affects 20% of the population: dyslexia remains grossly underserved in rural areas. By equipping rural schools with tools and knowledge, we aim to transform the approach to dyslexia from misunderstanding and minimal support to empowerment and comprehensive assistance.
3. 3.Haley's Hope seeks to create critically needed custom software for its dyslexia learning center, which serves 200+ people annually. The software will streamline student data tracking, compare tests via graphs, analyze demographics for growth, and produce branded, printable reports for parents, improving communication around their students' academic progress.
