Goals

1. 1.We will STRENGTHEN the organization to ensure ongoing service to the community. Obj. 1 Improve Board governance and organizational oversight. Obj. 2 Increase annual revenue stream. Obj. 3 Update technological systems annually Obj. 4 Provide a safe, flexible, and secure environment for all clients, volunteers, and employees.
2. 2.We will ENGAGE clients, volunteers, donors, community partners, and employees to ensure everyone has a voice. Obj. 1: Implement an evaluation plan using feedback from all stakeholders. Obj. 2: Develop and implement a communications plan to increase stakeholder engagement to elevate our mission, values, and impact. Obj. 3: Preserve, share, and celebrate the history of Clemmons Food Pantry.
3. 3.We will GROW as a leading provider in Forsyth County of resources for food insecure households. Obj. 1: Identify opportunities to serve more people more often. Obj. 2: Continue growing as a good steward of local resources and evolve as a food systems leader in Forsyth County. Obj. 3: Increase the number and engagement of volunteers and staff as necessary.
