Vision

We believe that every child deserves the right to a quality education that enables them to compete globally, regardless of racial, ethnic and socioeconomic barriers.

Goals

1. 1.Expand our afterschool program to reach 1,000 additional students annually in underserved districts. By increasing the number of program sites and partnering with local colleges, we aim to provide hands-on STEM learning and mentorship to students facing socioeconomic barriers, ultimately improving academic performance and interest in STEM careers​​​.
2. 2.Expand our technical capacity by acquiring digital fabrication equipment and training staff in areas like 3D printing and prototyping. This will enable us to launch entrepreneurship-focused STEM modules, empowering students with hands-on skills and innovation capabilities. We are also working towards enhancing our program management and outcome tracking systems for more sustainable impact.
3. 3.Amplify our advocacy efforts to bridge STEM education gaps by partnering with local policymakers, schools, and community organizations. We will provide services to expand access to STEM resources for underserved students, and promote policies that highlight the need for equitable funding, and advocate for inclusive curricula and opportunities that reflect the diversity of our communities.
