Mission

TO HELP VETERANS NAVIGATE THROUGH THE PROCESS OF RECOVERY AND REBUILDING BY PROVIDING HEALTH CLINICS, HOMELESS SHELTERS, TRANSITION HOMES AND RECOVERY SANCTUARIES

Vision

Purpose; To help Veterans and their families of all generations deal with their life challenges. Method; Meet them where they are and flex our response to meet their needs. End State; A Veteran Community aware that someone cares about their challenges and will respond effectively with their situation in mind.

Goals

1.Reduce homelessness among Veterans by closing the revolving door of recidivism with our Hope for the Homeless program
2.Reduce suicide among Veterans by helping them improve life circumstances surrounding suicide, learn to reduce social conflict, reducing the effects of the emotional scars of war with empowerment tools and promoting healthy life style adjustments that reduce depression and prevent social isolation with our Veterans Unstoppable program.
3.Place more effort on our holiday meals program and scale back out Home Bound program
