Mission

THE CORPORATION IS FORMED TO ADDRESS THE SIGNIFICANT HIGH SCHOOL DROP OUT RATE AMONG LOW-INCOME, HISTORICALLY UNDERSERVED YOUTH THROUGHOUT NEW YORK STATE. THE CORPORATION INTENDS TO MAXIMIZE THE SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION OF AT-RISK STUDENTS TO HIGHER EDUCATION AND TO BE A VALUABLE RESOURCE FOR ADDRESSING CRITICAL WORKFORCE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
