Mission

Our mission is empowering Mayan youth to break the generational cycle of poverty in the Ixil region of Guatemala through Christ-centered education.

To see the Ixil region flourish through Christ-centered education.

1.Equipping next generation of Guatemalan leaders through Nicolás Christian junior and senior high school, serving 150 students in 2024. Increasing to maximum of 300 students. University scholarships.
2.Sixth-grade tutoring to help students succeed in 7th grade. Village libraries to promote a love of reading. Preschool to encourage the acquisition of the Spanish language in addition to Mayan.
3.Co-ed carpentry program with instruction in building practical items such as chairs, tables, beds, and shelves. Vocational workshop planned to offer additional vocational training options.
