ScentsAbility MicroEnterprises Inc

Mission

The mission of The IDDeal Foundation is centered around creating opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent, and connected lives through its three pillars: work.live.play.

Vision

Our vision is to help create a world where the I/DD population is included, accepted and supported, wholeheartedly into society.

Goals

1.We will launch our Live Pillar: The IDDeal Place. The IDDeal Place is a first of its kind independent housing community in Palm Beach County for adults with mild to moderate I/DD. This non-profit philanthropic housing initiative is led in partnership with the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation.
2.We will expand access to our Play Pillar. Our Play Pillar focuses on providing inclusive recreational activities that help individuals with I/DD build social skills and form meaningful relationships. Over the next 12 months, IDDeal Foundation's Play Pillar will enroll at least 23 IDDeal Place residents in social activities.
3.We will expand access to our Work Pillar: ScentsAbility Candles. Over the next 12 months, ScentsAbility Candles participants will show 70% measurable improvement in key workforce skills including communication, task completion, teamwork, time management, and social engagement techniques.
