Vision: Night Lights creates safe and accepting environments by providing respite care for children with special needs and their neuro-typical siblings

Goals

1. 1.By December 31, 2025, Night Lights will fully implement its new CRM system and standardize program delivery at all six sites, ensuring 100% staff and at least 90% volunteer adoption, consistent service quality, and improved impact tracking.
2. 2.By November 30, 2025, Night Lights will build 12 collaborative partnerships and complete at least 6 joint initiatives with aligned organizations to strengthen advocacy and expand community resources for families.
3. 3.By December 30, 2025, Night Lights will have a plan to expand services either at current sites, or by expanding to new sites and training new leadership teams.
