1. 1.Safe Haven projects a steady growth in service capacity to 250 active clients in 2027. These projections reflect our goals for growth: 2027 serves as a foundational year focused on intensive staff recruitment and a rigorous six-month clinical onboarding process.

These projections reflect our goals for growth: 2027 serves as a foundational year focused on intensive staff recruitment and a rigorous six-month clinical onboarding process, while 2028 and 2029 represent the significant expansion of our reach as these staff members achieve full caseload capacity.
3. 3.Since pediatric disability and community-based rehabilitation need specialized skills that are not usually taught in universities, hiring is just the beginning. Every new team member, regardless of background, completes a three to six-month onboarding and training program to learn our holistic, home-based approach.
