TO ASSIST VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH THEIR TRANSITION TO CIVILIAN LIFE BY DEVELOPING UNIQUE PROGRAMS AND INFORMATION RESOURCES THAT HELP VETERANS START SMALL BUSINESSES, ACQUIRE EMPLOYMENT, AND OPTIMIZE THEIR PLANS FOR RETIREMENT.
