Mission

ALTERNATIVE TEACHING STRATEGY CENTER (ATSC) PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL SERVICES, THERAPEUTIC SERVICES AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING TO AUTISTIC ADULTS AND CHILDREN IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY. ATSC WAS CREATED TO PROVIDE ONE ON ONE SERVICES FOR AUTISTIC ADULTS AND CHILDREN, TO TRAIN OTHER PROFESSIONALS ON HOW TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND TO RESEARCH NEW METHODOLOGIES TO ALLOW AUTISTIC ADULTS AND CHILDREN TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. ATSC ALSO ADVOCATES FOR THE PROPER TREATMENT OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH AUTISM.
