Vision

We believe that our students can and will achieve whatever is set before them. Students participating in the Sistema Utah program are expected to attend classes daily, practice their instrument regularly at home, and have an attitude of respect in all tasks assigned to them. We believe that properly reinforced effort is the key to achievement. Our students and staff know the value of hard work and they are committed to working hard every day. Successful Sistema Utah students will come to class daily prepared with all materials, will actively and positively participate in their classes, and will complete all required assignments including daytime homework assignments. Enthusiasm propels greater effort and provides encouragement for others to put forth their increased effort. All Sistema Utah students will demonstrate enthusiasm for the program even when faced with challenges and difficult times while learning their instrument.

Goals

1. 1.We want to increase the number of students served by our program by 25% including increased access to instruments and resources needed to help them be successful.
2. 2.We want to maintain the level of excellence in our core classes while ensuring that we can hire high-quality teachers for our students.
3. 3.We are looking to diversity our funding to include additional foundational grants, corporate sponsorships and individual donation.
