Our vision is to lead the next generation of young women and girls to be self sufficient leaders.

Goals

1. 1.Move 3D Girls, Inc. into new space by September 1, 2024, while also cultivating a community of supporters from donors, volunteers, sponsors and stakeholders to support the move. Space is essential to us fostering growth and connection within our community. Securing a larger, dedicated office space that accommodates our growing team and program needs is important in this season.
2. 2.Staffing includes building a thriving team. We are investing in professional development opportunities for our staff, enhancing their skills and expertise in serving young women. This includes leadership training, trauma-informed care workshops, and curriculum development sessions.
3. 3.Financial forecasting is helping us to secure a sustainable future. We will use this comprehensive review to develop a data-driven growth plan to expand our program offerings and reach more young women. This includes diversifying funding streams, creating strategic partnerships, and exploring new service models.
