Mission

Girls on the Run SWFL inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running. Our program empowers girls to recognize their potential, embrace their unique strengths, and develop essential life skills.

Girls on the Run envisions a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential.

Goals

1.Grow program participation by 10% over the next year, serving at least 880 girls across SWFL while maintaining our commitment to providing scholarships to over 60% of participants
2.Continue our advocacy for girls’ empowerment by strengthening partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local leaders, ensuring Girls on the Run SWFL remains a champion for building confidence, resilience, and life skills in girls across our region.
3.Strengthen our program impact by purchasing and implementing the most up-to-date, research-based curriculum, ensuring Girls on the Run SWFL continues to deliver nationally recognized, evidence-based programming that meets the evolving needs of girls in our community.
