Vision

All Detroit dogs and their owners have what they need to sustain mutually rewarding relationships, and all pets are kept with their people. Detroit families have the resources, knowledge, and support to maintain adequate care for their owned dogs. Owned dogs in Detroit are fed, enriched, licensed, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, protected outdoors, and living indoors.

Goals

1. 1.Our goal is to grow and expand our existing programs and services to reach more dogs and families in need. By strengthening what we already do—through increased resources, community partnerships, and volunteer support—we can provide consistent compassion, meaningful care, and long-term solutions that create a brighter, more secure future for the dogs we serve.
2. 2.Our goal is to invest in organizational capacity by improving systems, infrastructure, and operational support, ensuring long-term sustainability and the continued delivery of high-quality programs and services.
