ESTABLISHED WITH THE INTENTION TO INTRODUCE A COMMUNITY CENTER DESIGNED TO OFFER SUPPORT SERVICES FOR FAMILIES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. SERVICES WILL INCLUDE FAMILY WRAPAROUND CASE MANAGEMENT, COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES, AND AFTER SCHOOL SUPPORT.
