We prepare young people, aged 11-24, for college, careers and futures as well-rounded, global citizens.

Our vision is a world where every young person in every community has the resources and opportunities to reach their unlimited potential.

1.Prepare young people for long-term employment success through meaningful and engaging post-secondary preparation that meets participants’ needs and life stage.
2.Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence among staff that encourages internal program area collaboration, continues to build on the strong network of GCYC partners and results in highly engaging and in-demand programs for our youth.
3.Advance operational efficiency through strategic growth of revenue and fundraising efforts, improve key processes, and continue to develop our slate of key performance indicators for the organization.
