Goal One: Advance autism acceptance and awareness by advocating for inclusive, lifespan services and supports. Strengthen community partnerships, increase public understanding of neurodiversity, and elevate the voices of individuals with autism and their families to promote meaningful opportunities from childhood through adulthood.
Goal Two: Increase access to BSA’s individualized educational and vocational programs by expanding enrollment capacity, enhancing therapeutic supports, and scaling micro-enterprise opportunities. Strengthen continuity of services so students and adults can learn, work, and thrive within a safe, supportive community.
Goal Three: Strengthen BSA’s organizational capacity by investing in financial sustainability, staff development, and operational systems. Enhance management structures, technology, and data practices to support high-quality programming and ensure long-term stability for services spanning ages 5–65.
