At SJC, our vision is to forge a future where every immigrant family and community has access to an empowering and compassionate journey toward citizenship. Simultaneously, we are committed to championing transformative reforms within our justice system and society, striving to make them not just fairer but also inherently inclusive for all individuals. We aspire to advocate for immigrants in each of the 50 states by the year 2050, ensuring a brighter, and more equitable tomorrow for every member of our diverse and vibrant society.

Goals

1. 1.We want to raise $60,000 to initiate the recruitment of full-time Social Workers. These professionals will play a crucial role in empowering the immigrant community in various ways.
2. 2.We are committed to developing a program that will target policy improvements in immigration and social justice issues. Through collaboration, we aim for a positive change that benefits society.
3. 3.Our goal includes providing all our staff members with a salary that meets the basic cost of living, ensuring that their commitment to our mission is appropriately acknowledged and compensated.
