THE TRUST WILL ENGAGE IN CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOCUSED ON SUPPORTING THE MISSION AND ENDOWMENT OF ASHLAND UNIVERSITY. ASHLAND UNIVERSITY IS AN INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION THAT OFFERS UNDERGRADUATE, GRADUATE AND PROFESSIONAL DEGREE PROGRAMS. THE TRUST WILL FURTHER ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE BY ACTING PRIMARILY AS A GRANT-MAKING ORGANIZATION PROVIDING FUNDS TO ASHLAND UNIVERSITY.
