1. 1.We aim to expand access to our programs by increasing capacity, strengthening partnerships, and offering more STEM and arts opportunities. By scaling Discover U, enhancing mentorship, and reducing participation barriers, we can empower more Compton youth with pathways to college, careers, and entrepreneurship.
2. 2.We aim to develop new programs that respond to emerging needs in our community, ensuring our services stay relevant and effectively support Compton youth as their challenges, interests, and opportunities evolve.
3. 3.We aim to strengthen our advocacy efforts to elevate our organization’s mission and advance opportunities for Compton youth, ensuring their needs and voices are represented in policies and community initiatives that impact their futures.
