Vision

A world in which no one loses sight to a treatable condition for lack of access to expert care, and in which each new generation of surgeons is trained to deliver that care to the patients who need it most.

Goals

1. 1.Expand no-cost complex eye surgery year over year, building on a record of more than 175 pro bono procedures from 2022 through 2025, so more uninsured and underinsured patients reach the subspecialty care they could not otherwise obtain.
2. 2.Strengthen governance, financial reporting, and development capacity through formal policies, accurate functional-expense reporting, and a diversified funding base, to sustain and scale our programs.
3. 3.Grow the Masket Fellows and Heidi Green Fellowship as a pipeline of subspecialty surgeons, addressing a projected national shortfall in anterior segment surgical capacity.
