THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE HEAD START & EARLY HEAD START PROGRAMS, IN WHICH THE ORGANIZATION STRIVES TO ASSURE THE SUCCESSFUL,EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, PHYSICAL, COGNITIVE, & SELF-ESTEEM GROWTH OF CHILDREN FROM BIRTH TO FIVE. OUR MISSION INCLUDES PROVIDING CHILDREN WITH SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS, STRENGTHENING PARENT SKILLS, AND STRENGTHENING THE FAMILY.
