Goals

1. 1.Begin Eviction Prevention Program In 2025, FPCC will launch an eviction prevention program to help families at risk of losing housing. By offering financial support, case management, and referrals, we aim to prevent homelessness before it starts and keep children safely housed and in school.
2. 2.Establish Guidelines for Stabilization Programs We will develop formal guidelines for FPCC’s stabilization and aftercare programs, ensuring consistent, effective support for families after shelter. This includes eligibility criteria, success metrics, and wraparound service protocols.
3. 3.Expand Shelter Capacities To meet rising demand, FPCC will expand shelter capacity by adding new host sites and exploring transitional housing options—ensuring more families have safe, shelter during a housing crisis.
