Vision

We aim to create a healthy, stable, and supportive environment for all Veterans, military families, caregivers, survivors, and organizations that support and serve them. By addressing each veteran's individual needs through systemic engagement, we unlock the true potential of our Veterans. We firmly believe that knowledge is power, and by working hand in hand with Veterans and their communities, we can leverage each other's strengths, expand available social networks, and develop comprehensible support programs while increasing awareness and outreach. Through continual evaluation and regular feedback from Veterans, families, caregivers, survivors, and supporting agencies, we can ensure we are meeting the needs of both Georgia Veterans and communities effectively and efficiently.

Goals

1. 1.Increasing veteran accessibility and education to benefits, services, and support promoting a healthy living environment.
2. 2.To expand our impact over the upcoming 12 to 18 months, we will increase the We CARE Veteran Fairs to four separate events encompassing a larger veteran population.
3. 3.Increase collaborative partnerships in communities across Georgia to address the unique needs of Veterans and their support teams.
