At Seed Effect, our mission is to plant the seeds that overcome poverty by providing access to economic empowerment, education, and spiritual discipleship in Uganda and South Sudan’s most marginalized communities.

Our vision is to see the world’s most insecure and under-served communities stabilized through economic empowerment and the hope of Jesus Christ.

1.Expand our reach to serve 140,000+ members across all sites in Uganda and South Sudan.
2.Promote resiliency by expanding conservation agriculture and entrepreneurship training to every branch.
3.Increase capacity and ensure accountability by implementing HRMS and LMS, new reporting processes, and new software tools with templatized forms for program collection and accuracy.
