The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Our goal is to create programs that address the evolving needs of our communities, especially in response to rising sex trafficking cases. We currently run five core programs for victims, including emergency services, housing for minors, advocacy, and medical care. As trafficking methods change, we must adapt to meet the emerging needs of those we serve.
Goal Two: While our current services have been impactful, expanding them will allow us to help more individuals and communities, ensuring that more survivors have access to the critical resources they need for recovery and reintegration. We aim to significantly grow our impact, ensuring that all survivors of sex trafficking have access to the resources, care, and support needed for healing and restoration.
Goal Three: Deepen and expand our advocacy efforts, ensuring that our organization continues to be a leading voice in the fight against sex trafficking. Advocacy plays a critical role in raising awareness, influencing policy, and shaping societal attitudes toward trafficking. By advancing our advocacy work, we aim to create lasting change that prevents trafficking and improves support systems for survivors.
