    JOLT Foundation provides harm reduction and peer recovery services and programs that address the negative health and social consequences of high-risk behaviors and social injustices that impact individuals engaged in those high risk behaviors. Our vision is a society where compassion, understanding, and evidence-based practices prevail, fostering an environment where individuals engaging in high-risk behaviors receive the support and resources they need to lead healthy, empowered lives. We envision a world where the negative health and social consequences of such behaviors and the resulting social injustices are significantly reduced, if not eradicated altogether.
