Briefly describe a recent change that your organization made in response to feedback from the people you serve.
The survey obtained in August of 2020 targeted parents and guardians of children actively participating in our after school program. We solicited feedback for seven areas of service. Changes included expansion of hours and days of service at our two family resource centers. Additionally, one center voiced concern over the increased presence of mosquitos; therefore, we brought in fumigation services to spray the property. We enhanced the snacks served each day to the children. We hired an advanced English teacher to expand the language program. We received positive feedback relative to the nutritional, health and wellness support. Parents requested an increase of annual educational scholarship to reflect the increased cost of education as children advance into middle and high school.
