Vision

There will be more homes in the Chattahoochee Valley waiting for children than children waiting for homes, as the Church becomes fully equipped and engaged in supporting foster, adoptive, and families in crisis, preventing children from entering or re-entering foster care.

Goals

1. 1.In the Chattahoochee Valley, we will grow our reach by launching CarePortal into Harris County to meet the tangible needs of vulnerable children & families. Additionally, we aim to expand our network of community requestors beyond our state child welfare agency, furthering our efforts to provide comprehensive support & enhance our community's capacity to care for vulnerable children & families.
2. 2.To achieve our mission, we focus on core programs such as strengthening Family Advocacy Ministries (FAMs) & training advocates. Our Fine Arts program, which served 573 children in 2024 (22 with tuition assistance), works in tandem with FAMs to meet the holistic needs of vulnerable children. Through these efforts, we are committed to advancing family well-being.
3. 3.We’re investing in our organization’s capacity by creating stronger policies & procedures to ensure a healthy structure & effective teamwork. We’re also refining our branding to communicate our mission & stories consistently, uplifting those we serve & attracting community support to further our cause. These efforts will strengthen our organization’s foundation & inspire greater engagement.
