Goals

1. 1.Enable our people: -Recruit and retain a highly skilled, engaged and diverse workforce -Facilitate skill growth and leadership development. -Create a comprehensive employee benefit package which includes Maternity leave, 401K and Healthcare -Continue to monitor compensation to reflect expectation of excellence = 75% of market
2. 2.Maintain Sustainability: -Diversify Board of Directors to establish relationships with community partners -Contract a CFO to get guidance on future planning -Leverage current community relationships and build solid base of 10K plus donors and DAF
3. 3.Strengthen Program Growth -Add a Family Bereavement Coordinator (1), School Bereavement Liaison (2) (additional hours) and Volunteer Coordinator (3 -Offer additional trainings to community (caregivers, healthcare workers and educators) -Go statewide with #bethere campaign and collaborate with Tu Nudito -Establish intern program -Create marketing plan to promote programs
