We believe every individual should be allowed to achieve their highest level of self-sufficiency. Engaging like-minded partners, we will be widely accessible, provide relevant skills for in-demand jobs, and ensure people receive the support they need to succeed along the way. We aim to: Expand access to wrap-around support services and educational opportunities, Improve job quality outcomes by equipping career advancers with locally relevant skills, Increase the number of people connected with good jobs through expanded employer relationships and retention support, Divert more goods from landfills through growth in retail.

Goals

1. 1.Through our diverse business programs, we invest back into our community by offering no-cost services, including soft skill development, high-demand industry certifications, and access to community resources to aid individuals in breaking barriers to finding and keeping employment and reaching their highest potential.
2. 2.Through our programs, the Opportunity Center provides critical training, individual career coaching, education, and certification opportunities while connecting individuals with community resources to address underlying barriers to their success. Our services are free to participants, allowing them to focus on their goals and building the future they want for themselves.
3. 3.A diverse nonprofit social enterprise, we fund 98% of our mission-based programs through revenue from various business programs. At our core, Goodwill is committed to providing tangible pathways from poverty to self-sufficiency through education, training, and individual support.
