Our mission is to deliver a world-class education that challenges elite student-athletes to excel academically and athletically. Through a one-of-a-kind, transformative and innovative program, YSC Academy combines elevated academics, professional-level soccer training, and unparalleled mentorship—preparing students for success in college, the professional game, and beyond.

To empower the next generation of student-athletes to lead with purpose, pursue excellence in all areas of life, and thrive on and off the field. YSC Academy envisions a world where elite athletes are also deep thinkers, resilient learners, and impactful leaders—prepared to shape the future of sport, education, and society.
Goals
- 1.YSC Academy ensures financial sustainability through strategic investment & planning. A new Development Director drives fundraising & donor growth. Expanding Pennsylvania’s EITC program boosts scholarships & corporate giving. Enhanced tuition models, financial forecasting, & donor tracking improve transparency. These efforts strengthen our foundation, ensuring resilience & long-term success.
- 2.YSC Academy is expanding its academic model through YSC Advantage, a virtual learning program for student-athletes. This initiative offers a values-based education w/ flexibility, blending asynchronous learning w/ personalized mentorship. Students receive regular support while teachers engage through video & individual sessions. Launching fully in 2026–27, it ensures access & sustainability.
- 3.YSC Academy is launching a Creative Arts Program to support student voice & well-being through the arts. This project-based program, led by professional artists, nurtures creativity in music, visual art, storytelling, & performance. It fosters confidence, empathy, & problem-solving, providing student-athletes with balance & self-expression while ensuring all students feel seen, valued, & inspired.
