The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We believe every student deserves to thrive. There’s a critical gap between students’ SEL needs and educators’ readiness to address them, especially in underserved schools. With 93% of teachers valuing SEL, only 20% feel prepared. To bridge this gap, we equip educators with the skills to integrate SEL into STEAM, improving outcomes, increasing diversity in STEM, and preventing teacher burnout.
Goal Two: To expand our impact, we’re investing in our organization’s capacity by enhancing staff, infrastructure, and technology. This growth enables us to scale programs, boost efficiency, and support educators and students more deeply. By strengthening our foundation, we can better address educational inequities and empower a new generation of compassionate innovators.
Goal Three: To scale our impact to 1 million students, we’re focusing on core programs that equip teachers with skills to integrate SEL and STEAM. Our shift from direct student programs to educator training expands our reach and empowers more classrooms. This strategic shift enables us to deepen our impact, addressing educational inequities and creating a ripple effect that transforms learning communities.
