Mission

CAWA operates Pawprints Thrift Boutique, which is an all volunteer, non-profit that funds three spay/neuter programs. Neighborhood Cat Advocates does Trap-Neuter-Return. PawPrints Spay/Neuter Clinic provides low cost spays/neuters for community cats. PawPrints Spay/Neuter Assistance Program provides vouchers for spays/neuters of cats and dogs to low-income families.

Vision

Our goal is to greatly decrease the number of unaltered stray and feral cats in the community of Chico.

Goals

1.Our goal is to open a spay and neuter clinic dedicated to the sole mission of altering stray and feral cats in the community of Chico.
2.Our goal is to achieve our mission of spaying and neutering as many stray and feral cats as we can, as well as continue to help as many low-income families spay and neuter their own pets.
3.Our goal is to continue to run our thrift store, our main source of funding, efficiently and in a practical manner, so as to ensure our many programs can continue to thrive.
