TO ASSIST MILITARY VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES ADDRESS POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER, BY AIDING THEM IN OBTAINING MEDICAL ATTENTION, OUTSIDE OF GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE, AND PAYING FOR THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE TREATMENTS.
