Goals

1. 1.Strengthen the organization through : Maintain and increase quality of services. Meet the standard of care for most of the children we serve. Maintain strength in balance sheet, expand income to meet additional expenses. Maintain staff engagement and development. Internal systems are set and used. Be a racially-equitable organization. Right size staffing and tools.
2. 2.Engage our community through meaningful connection with Patients, Parents, Partners, Dental Professionals, and the Powers that lead oral health decisions.
3. 3.Serve more children: increase to 10,000 visits a year by 2028.
