Mission

Duo Duo Animal Welfare Project works with communities across China to end the horrific dog and cat meat trade. We address this challenge in 2 ways. We are reducing the demand for dog and cat meat through culturally conscious humane education and animal advocacy. And we are reducing the supply of animals to the meat trade through spay and neuter programs.

Through hands-on training, we equip veterinarians with advanced surgical techniques and communities with humane trap-neuter-return practices. By scaling up these proven programs, we are reducing stray populations and the number of animals vulnerable to the dog and cat meat trade.
