Vision

With growth, ParentsUSA aspires to accept more requests for help from parents. ParentsUSA receives requests from parents across the USA, largely because other nonprofits are think-tanks and strategic policy organizations that decline to provide direct legal services for parents. ParentsUSA reviews every request for help and filters the requests identifying those that implicate ParentsUSA's mission to push back against the infringement of the constitutional rights of parents. When able to do so, ParentsUSA either represents the parents directly or provides legal support by submitting amicus curiae briefs (friend of the court) to the court, trial or appellate, in which the parents' legal case is pending.

Goals

1. 1.Do more for parents and their children!
2. 2.Do more to influence the language in statutes legislatures across the USA and Congress consider, too often poorly drafted without appropriate consideration of the constitutional rights of parents.
3. 3.Motivate parents to support our work so that we can do more for more parents and their children.
