Mission

CELI's mission is to equip emerging leaders across the clean energy ecosystem with energy systems expertise, an adaptive leadership approach, an understanding of energy justice principles, and a community of practice to drive the transition to a clean energy economy.

2.CELI is developing a program to build clean energy ecosystems through leveraging our alumni network of more than 1,000 alumni to connect them to college age youth to provide "clean energy 101" training and mentoring, to help underrepresented youth consider making a career in the clean energy industry.
3.As CELI grows, it continues to build and professionalize its financial systems, operations and fundraising capabilities. This is a key focus to ensure quality program delivery and sustainability of the approach over the coming years to maximize impact.
