Vision

The Pride Center envisions a Staten Island where LGBTQIA+ people and families are empowered to achieve their fullest potential, where people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, races, ethnicities, and abilities are valued and feel a sense of belonging, and where allies support identities and interests outside their own.

Goals

1. 1.We are looking in having consistent bi- lingual staff and resources to serve our community better without language barriers.
2. 2.We have identified some gaps in programing , and a demand to include larger age demographics or intersectionality
3. 3.Continue gathering data and feedback to better understand and serve the community needs. Continue to have conversations with people who have the authority to represent us to make changes locally, and nationally for a greater impact .
